This coffee has incredible clarity. What that means is the flavours, acidity and structure of this cup are so distinctive and recognisable. It results in a cup of coffee that you could drink time and time again.

Finca Gascon is located in Antigua, Guatemala - founded by Gildardo Contreras, it is now overseen by his son, Felipe. It is here that they grow this gesha varietal, which undergoes a washed process. The combination of cherry and process results in clarity in the final cup, which is exceptional.

You'll find flavour notes of black tea, bergamot and floral.
